This is the only way we can quickly correct any inadequacies. All things that are in the house or belong to it can and should be used by the guests.However, please handle all furnishings and inventory with care.

General: If you are missing anything in the facility or need help - please let us know immediately. This is the only way we can quickly correct any inadequacies. We would be happy to answer any questions you may have about the property or provide information on excursion tips. All things that are in or belong to the holiday apartment can and should be used by the guests. Please handle things in and around the house with care. Nobody will intentionally damage anything in the accommodation, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. We would be pleased if you informed us of the damage caused and that we do not only discover the damage after you have left or when the next tenants have moved in. The tenants are liable for damage if you, your fellow travelers, your guests or pets are responsible for it or are responsible for other reasons, but this does not include minor things such as broken glass. Kitchen/bathroom: Please note that dishes are only put back in the cupboards when they have been washed; the same applies to cutlery, pots and appliances that you have used, especially egg cookers, toasters and other kitchen appliances. Please do not put wet glasses in the wooden cupboard the wrong way round. Please separate your garbage. When you leave, the kitchen should, if possible, look the way you found it. No waste, leftover food, harmful liquids or the like may be thrown or poured into the sink, sink, shower or toilet, as otherwise unpleasant blockages may occur. Living area: satellite TV with integrated receiver and remote control. Please do not reprogram the devices according to your wishes. Please also handle the CDs and DVDs provided carefully so that subsequent guests can still enjoy them. Important for multiple travelers: Our holiday apartment is optimally designed for the number of people booked. If additional guests are traveling with you, please let us know immediately so that we can provide bed linen and towels. It is not permitted to allow additional non-reported guests to stay in the holiday apartment or to do laundry for fellow travelers who are staying in other accommodations. Indoor furniture should not be taken outside. We would be very happy if you did not walk on the carpets or carpets in "street shoes". You are in the middle of nature, where shoes can get quite dirty, especially in wet weather, but this is just a request. We have laid out a dirt trapping mat in the entrance area to counteract larger amounts of contamination. Terrace and outdoor area: Please take the seat cushions for the terrace/garden furniture into the apartment overnight and in rainy weather. Pets: We welcome pets. However, we ask that you always keep dogs out of the house on a leash. We assume that any damage caused by the tenant's pets must be paid for by the tenant. Dog liability insurance is very helpful for this. To smokers: Smoking is strictly prohibited in our accommodations. Quiet times: In the spirit of being a good neighbor, we ask you to observe the quiet times. Night quiet applies from 10 p.m. Arrival / Departure: On the day of arrival, the accommodation will be available to you from 4 p.m. When you leave, we would like to ask you to vacate your accommodation by 10 a.m. We wish you a pleasant stay, lots of fun, relaxation and good rest.
